www.hoopstransformationcenter.com and HTC brochure request personal information (including age) and contact information (including address) from the parent or legal guardian requesting more information through email (brochure requests) or when registering for one of the programs we offer. This information is used by HTC and its camp operators solely for the issuance of requested information and/or enrollment in selected camp. The information is stored in a database and may be used subsequently to re-issue updates of previously requested information (i.e., updated camp schedules). By submitting this information you are opting in to receive communication back from HTC and its partners about camp and camp related products and services.
Passive Collection -
The website www.hoopstransformationcenter.com also collects information about individual users through the use of cookies. These cookies store the unique IP (internet protocol) address of each user and the activity of that user with respect to the website. This information is used solely to obtain usage statistics for the website. Each IP address, while logged, is unresolved and is not associated with any other personal information collected through the website either passively or actively.
